EmberLife Text Messages (SMS)

EmberLife (operated by ALLEBRUM LLC dba EmberLife.io) sends text messages only to people who opt in. This page describes the program and shows exactly how opting in works.

What you’ll receive

  • Moment (hang) reminders and confirmations for Moments you’re part of
  • Fire pit invites and updates for fire pits you belong to
  • Account and security notices
  • Occasional product updates, new features, and tips for getting more out of EmberLife

Message frequency varies: typically up to 4 reminder texts per Moment you’re part of (at the reminder times you choose), plus at most 2 product-update texts per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt in

  1. Sign in to EmberLife and open Settings (emberlife.io/app/settings).
  2. In Moment reminders → SMS / text message opt-in, enter your mobile phone number.
  3. Check the consent box (it is unchecked by default and optional), then tap Save reminders. We record the date, time, and wording of your consent and send one confirmation text.

The consent box reads, word for word:

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using EmberLife. EmberLife never texts people you add as contacts (“embers”) or invite — invites you send by text go from your own phone.

Stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to any EmberLife text to opt out — you’ll get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also uncheck the box in Settings. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email hello@emberlife.io.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is only shared with service providers (such as our SMS provider) as needed to deliver messages, and is never used by them for their own marketing.
